The conventional raw material of sheep feed includes corn, wheat, barley, oats, sorghum, soybeans, soybean meal, fish meal, amino acids, mixed meals, whey powder, oil, meat and bone meal, grain, feed additives and so on more than 10 varieties of feed raw materials.
The feed raw materials of the pig feed are dispersed, and various forms of silos must be used.Silo system is mainly used for storage of corn, wheat, soya and other raw grain, port of raw grain dumping, grease industrial materials storage.For long-term storage, aeration and cooling can be added.Generally,steel silo can be divided into assembly type steel silo and screw type helix steel silo.
The impurities in the raw materials not only affect the quality of sheep feed products but also directly affect the sheep feed processing equipment and personal safety. In serious cases, the entire equipment can be damaged and affect the smooth progress of sheep feed production. The cleaning equipment of the sheep pellet feed plant is mainly screening and magnetic separation equipment. The screening equipment removes large and long debris such as stones, mud blocks, and sack pieces from the raw materials. The magnetic separation equipment mainly removes iron impurities.
The usage of grinding system is increasing the specific surface area of feed which is good for animal digestion and absorption and improving the processing performance of raw materials.(Because sheep feed contains grass powder，you need to configure professional forage crusher mills.The fineness of the fine feed of sheep can be more than 2 mm, and the feed of old sheep can be crushed to within 1 mm to facilitate digestion.)
After crushing,original sheep feed powder and some premix will be weighed in batching scale according to proportional,then go down to mixer machine to reach uniformity.
Mixing is considered to be one of the essential operations in feed pellet processing, using mixer to mix the grinded raw materials. There are three main types of our sheep feed mixing machine: single shaft mixer, double shaft paddle mixer and ribbon mixer. Both of them can be equipped with atomizing spraying system to add needed liquids, which can improve the feed pellet quality.Sheep feed contains grass,because the weight of grass is very light, it should be calculated according to the proportion of grass in the formula, and the appropriate mixer model should be selected.
After using high temperature steam to make raw material curing, the materials will be made to pellet through sheep feed pellet milling machine. Animal feed pellet mill is the main equipment of the whole sheep feed pellet production line. You can according to the needs of yourself to customize conditioner to apply to the production of different materials or sheep object.Then the sheep feed pellet will be cooled down by feed cooling machine .(Because sheep feed contains grass powder, you need to configure a forced feeder for your sheep feed pellet making machine.)
After the pelletizing process,the temperature of the sheep feed pellet is about 80-90℃,with a moisture content of about 15%.A cooler must then be used to reduce the moisture content of the pellets to about 3/4%,thereby making the pellets easier to store.
This section is for screening and classifying of mash or pellet feed.The sheep feed pellets are with different sizes, and there may be some powder. The screener can be used to screen and grade the sheep feed pellets. After processing, you can get the qualified sheep feed pellets without fine powder.
The powder and granules in the finished products bins which needs to be packaged will be packed by automatic packing machine, finished sheep feed pellets that do not need to be packaged will be taken away by bulk truck.(It can be manual or automatic bagging depends on requirement.)

The field trial operation proves that the actual measured output of RICHI's 10t chicken feed production line is up to 13 tons, the operating current only accounts for 85% of the rated current of the motor, and each ton of feed can be 20kW•h less than the industry average power consumption. The output is calculated on the average yield of 11t/h (the initial design capacity is 10-12 tons), set to produce 8 months a year, 30 days per month, and 10 hours per day.Compared with common chicken feed production lines of the same grade in the industry,this line can save 288,000 kWh of electricity,one yuan per kwh can ultimately save customers 28.8 million (calculated in RMB).
