Features of RICHI Organic Fertilizer Production Lines
Six distinct features, six verifiable strengths. RICHI Aquatic Feed Production System: Grounded in design logic, driven by operational data, built for scalable redundancy.
Complete Organic Fertilizer Pellet Production Process
A complete organic fertilizer line ensures every stage, from input to output, is well-planned and integrated.
Raw materials undergo pre-processing, formula mixing, fermentation, deep processing, and screening & packaging, ultimately becoming standard-compliant organic fertilizers.
Organic Fertilizer Production Plant Projects
Instead of fixed plans, we deliver solutions customized to your specific project requirements. This variety of projects is the best proof of our deep experience and engineering capabilities in the organic fertilizer industry.
Questions You Might Have About Organic Fertilizer & Compound Fertilizer Production
Find professional answers to common questions, covering the key processes and important considerations in organic fertilizer & compound fertilizer pellet production.

1. Which production line is suitable for my raw materials (chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, straw, sludge, etc.)?
Different raw materials do affect the selection of the production line, but most organic waste can be processed on the same line. The key difference lies in the pre-treatment stage.
2. What core equipment is needed to build an organic fertilizer granulation plant?
A complete organic fertilizer granulation production line includes the following core equipment:
Fermentation Turner (for material decomposition), Crusher (for breaking lumps and fibers), Batching and Mixing System (to ensure uniform nutrients), Granulator (to turn powder into granules), Dryer and Cooler (to remove moisture and lower temperature), Screener (to separate qualified granules), and Bagging Machine.
In addition, dust removal and deodorization systems are standard to meet environmental requirements. RICHI can provide a one-stop solution, from single machines to complete factory delivery.
3. How does your organic fertilizer production line ensure long-term environmental compliance?
We consider environmental compliance right from the design stage.
On the production line, pulse dust collectors are installed at every dust point (such as crushing, screening, and packaging). Odor sources (mainly from fermentation and drying) are treated through negative pressure collection plus biological deodorization towers.
Regarding wastewater, a recycling system can be configured to basically achieve zero discharge.
Moreover, these systems are integrated with the main production line, not simple equipment added later. Therefore, they can meet standards stably during long-term operation, preventing forced shutdowns due to tightening environmental policies.
4. Can one fertilizer production line handle raw materials with significant differences (e.g., chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, biogas residue)?
Yes, it can.
RICHI’s production line adopts a flexible process design, and the core equipment itself has a wide adjustment range. For example, the batching system can automatically proportion various raw materials, and the granulator can adjust its speed and angle according to material characteristics.
For materials with particularly large differences, usually only a pre-processing module needs to be added at the front end (such as a dewatering unit for high-moisture materials or a specialized crusher for fibrous materials).
The entire main line does not need to be replaced. This ensures compatibility without significantly increasing investment.
