This is an optional section.The main task of this section is to quickly shred any shape of waste paper boxes, old corrugated paper, hard paper, newspapers, used books, cartons, paper tubes, paper tubes, cardboard and other materials into small pieces.So a waste paper shredder is needed to complete the task.
Since paper wastes come from a variety of sources, we need cleaning equipment to clean up all kinds of impurities.(We need to clean the raw materials according to the customer's specific waste paper type and impurity type)
The task at this stage is to further crush the raw material into small sawdust.Only paper waste that meet the size requirements can be directly fed into the hammer mill, or those that have passed the chipper and coarse crushing and require further fine powder.
After the raw materials are dried, in the transportation process, the moisture is discharged through the air transportation system (cyclones, fans). At the same time, the formed fuel is cooled and also separated by the air transportation system.By this way, only the qualified wood sawdust will be drawn out, and the wet materials will keep inside the drying machine until they reach the required moisture.
Waste paper pellet has strict requirements on the moisture content of the paper materials. After the waste papers are crushed, they are sent to the hot air furnace drying system through the conveyor for hot air drying.
Whether producing single raw material pellets or mixed pellets, maintaining the consistency of raw materials is very important for waste paper pellet production plants. After the waste papers are grinded and dried, binder need to be added,so it is necessary to use a mixer machine. After mixing, the raw materials are mixed more fully and evenly, and then sent to the pellet making machine.
This is an optional section, only a few customers who use special processes will choose. If your raw materials contain enough natural lignin to be glued together,you do not need additives and can completely ignore this section.
The waste paper biomass pellet making machine is the heart of waste paper pellet production line. The waste paper pellet mill can also be widely used for pelletizing wood, straw and other biomass energy. The output ranges from 1 to 10t/h. The waste paper pellet machine adopts Swedish SKF bearings and Siemens motors, which can fully guarantee the pellet equipment capacity and stable operation.
The temperature of the biomass pellets after granulation is as high as 80-98 degrees, the structure is relatively loose, and it is easy to break. It must pass through a counter-flow cooling system and be cooled to room temperature before entering the warehouse.
The forming rate of pellets is around 98 % , so there are still have 2% powder in pellets, by screening, sort out all the powders from pellets.
After cooling, the pellets are weighed, qualified waste paper pellets are packed into plastic bag from 10 kg to 100 kg(Now more and more biomass pellet processing plant choose tonnage scales).Then use thermoplastic sealing machine to sew, these can make the pellets dry and water-proof.
PLC is designed according to the requirement of the customer. It can also control automation level.Our PLC is provided by the top international brands in the industrial automation field such as Siemens, Schneider and Delta.

The hemp pellet mills in this project were developed for top throughput capacities in compound feed pelleting, and can process even difficult-to-press raw materials which have a high fat or fiber content. The machine sets new standards in terms of efficiency and performance: substantially lower energy consumption in comparison to conventional pellet mills, production capacities of up to 20 t/h, motor ratings of 220 or 260 kW and a customer-oriented design are just some of the advantages of this RICHI machine. However, thanks to the extremely compact design, the machine takes up very little space(workshop size:16m*7m*7.5m)– it delivers twice as much capacity with the same footprint as conventional pellet mills.
