1. Pre-built bellows

The wind box inside the outer wall of the manure ditch is mainly used to connect the heat exchange tube under the manure leakage plate and the vertical air duct in the house. The location and size of the bellows directly determine the number of heat exchange tubes that can be connected to a single bellows. When setting it up, you need to pay attention to the following issues:

(1) The position of the wind box should be as far away as possible from the beams and columns to ensure sufficient installation space for the heat exchange tube;

(2) The wind box should avoid the sewage outlet in the manure ditch, so as not to affect the normal sewage discharge of the manure ditch;

(3) The structure above the wind box is a solid concrete structure to ensure the air tightness of the wind box.

2. Reserved openings

The reserved openings in the wind box mainly include horizontal openings and vertical openings, which are used to embed horizontal embedded pipelines and vertical embedded pipelines respectively.

(1) Minimum size of horizontal opening

Width: heat exchange tube diameter × single group of single layer heat exchange tube number + heat exchange tube spacing × (single group of single layer heat exchange tube number-1);

Height: (heat exchange tube diameter + 100mm) × number of heat exchange tube layers, where 100mm is the minimum safe distance between the heat exchange tubes of each layer.

(2) The minimum size of the vertical opening

Side length or diameter: (duct diameter-50mm+100mm).

3. Pre-buried pipeline

According to the requirements of civil engineering and heat exchange drawings, after pre-laying the wind box and preserving the opening, it is necessary to pre-bury the pipeline according to the design requirements and the location of the opening. The specific requirements are as follows:

(1) Minimum size of horizontal embedded pipeline

①Diameter: diameter of heat exchange tube -50mm;

②Heat exchange tube spacing: heat exchange tube spacing + (heat exchange tube outer diameter-embedded tube outer diameter), the distance between the embedded tube and the walls or beams on both sides should be ≥100mm;

③Vertical spacing (distance from the fecal leakage plate): [(external diameter of heat exchange tube-external diameter of embedded pipe) +100mm], where 100mm is the minimum safe distance between the heat exchange tubes of each layer.

(2) The minimum size of the vertical embedded pipeline

Diameter: The diameter of the duct is -50mm, and the minimum safe running distance between the vertical pre-embedded pipeline and the side wall and the fence should be 100mm respectively.

According to the above reserved hole, pre-buried pipeline size and spacing requirements, construction work can avoid the following problems:

①The number of heat exchange pipes designed for a single group is too small to meet the installation spacing. The number of pipes needs to be reduced to complete the installation;

②The pre-embedded pipeline is too close to the wall or column, and the heat exchange tube may be damaged by friction with the wall or column after the system is running;

③The distance between the pre-embedded pipeline and the dung leakage board is too small to meet the requirement that the position of the horizontal plastic steel rope is directly above the heat exchange tube, which will affect the natural falling state of the pipeline.
