1、Animal feed manufacturing process machine of 1 tph broiler poultry feed plant
The main equipment of a complete 1 ton per hour broiler feed pellet production line includes 37kw chicken feed hammer mill grinder, poultry farming feed pellet mill machine, 1 ton feed mixer, counter-flow feed pellet cooler, crumbler machine, pulse dust collector, vibrating screen, packing machine, etc.
2、Process technology of 1 ton per hour broiler poultry chicken feed pellet making plant
(1)Material Receive System
Easy to operate,every inlet has one impulse dust collector,keep environment clean,protect workers healthy.
(2)Crushing System
Pre-cleaner clean broiler feed raw material ,then after magnet separator,storage bin and feeder,material goes into crusher to become powder.
(3)Batching & Mixing System
After crushing,original broiler powder and some broiler feed premix will be weighed in batching scale according to proportional,then go down to mixer to reach uniformity.
(4)Pelleting&Cooling System
After using high temperature steam to make raw material curing, the materials will be made to broiler feed pellet through pellet press machine. Then the broiler feed pellet will be cooled down by broiler feed pellet cooler.
(5)Packing System
The finish product contain pellet of normal size,smaller size and bigger size.By use grading sieve,we can get normal size pellet.

3. Calculation method of daily feed intake of broilers
1-10 days: the first day: 6g, then increase by 4g per day, such as: 7 days: 30g
11-20 days: (day old-2)/10*50 such as: 15 days: 65g
21-30 days: (day old-1)/10*50 such as: 125g for 26 days
31-40 days: day old/10*50 such as: 175g in 35 days
40-50 days old: 200g
Under normal circumstances, feed with full price feed, each chicken eats a total of 4.5kg of feed, and the average weight can reach 2.5kg. During normal breeding, the chickens should not exceed the feed intake of the day.
