(1) There are two ways of feeding:
The first method is to set a feed opening in the workshop or the feed room. This method is mostly used in small and medium feed factories. Manually transport the bagged raw materials (usually with a trolley) from the raw material warehouse into the workshop or the unloading room into the lower hopper.
The second method is to set up a discharging port in the raw material warehouse, and the raw materials are sent to the main workshop by a horizontal conveyor (mostly a scraper conveyor). Large and medium-sized feed factories mostly use this method.
Either way, a grid screen is installed on the upper part of the lower hopper as the first step of the cleaning process.
(2) After material transportation and lifting materials are put into the lower hopper, they are directly lifted by the bucket elevator (first method) through the chute into the primary cleaning screen or horizontally conveyed by the horizontal (scraper) conveyor (second type) Method) Afterwards, it is lifted by a hoist and enters the primary cleaning screen through the slide pipe.
(3) Cleaning After adding a primary cleaning screen to remove non-magnetic impurities, then flow through the permanent magnet cylinder to remove magnetic impurities and then enter the smashing bin.
(4) Feeding and crushing The materials in the bin to be crushed are fed to the crusher by the feeder and crushed.
(5) The pulverized materials that are output and enter the batching warehouse or finished material warehouse are separated from the air by various methods and input into the batching warehouse or finished product warehouse.
