1.Foundation requirement
Our company's dry extruder machine has heavy body weight, low vibration, works steady. But also need reinforced with foot bolts. Pay attention to bearing capacity when design. No other special request, but the smooth ground.
2.Installation environment
Extruding process works under high temperature, take care of ventilation when install. It would be better add a air draft at discharging gate.
3.Hoisting requirement
Hoisting rope must only could across through under the extruder base, could not hoist extruder pipe, in case not damage the main component.
