This large cattle & poultry feed processing plant project mainly produces feed for cattle and poultry. The raw materials (corn, soybean meal, fish meal, etc.) that meet the production requirements are purchased, and they are directly transported and stored in a vertical silo by conveying equipment in a sealed manner. 3. Main pollution process
(1) Construction period:
①Exhaust gas: leveling the ground, bulk material storage yard, construction bare surface, dust caused by transportation vehicles and concrete mixers, will cause air pollution in the local environment.
②Wastewater: domestic sewage of construction workers, the main pollutants are COD, ammonia nitrogen, BOD5, etc.
③Noise: It comes from the noise generated by the mechanical equipment during the construction period and the noise generated by the transportation, which has a limited impact on the quality of the regional acoustic environment and is short-term and reversible.
④Solid waste: construction waste generated during construction and domestic waste generated by construction workers.
(2) Operating period:

4. Environmental impact analysis during construction period
(1) Construction dust
The dust generated during the construction period will have a short-term impact on the surrounding atmospheric environment. In order to reduce the impact of dust on the surroundings, the excavation and stacking of the earth must be standardized and orderly, and the spoil must be cleaned up and transported in time. The areas that cannot be cleaned up in time can be sprayed or covered to suppress dust. Loading and unloading in strong winds is prohibited. , The transportation and stacking of materials should be carried out in an organized and planned manner, and the open-air stacking of materials should be minimized. If it is necessary to store in the open air, temporary shelters, simple sheds or tarpaulins should be added around, etc., during construction, water should be properly sprayed before operation. Air pollution during the construction period is short-term and temporary. Once the construction is over, the dust will disappear.
The wastewater generated during the construction period is mainly domestic sewage and construction wastewater. Domestic sewage is mainly cleaning wastewater, which produces a small amount; construction wastewater mainly comes from the washing of building materials such as loaders and stones, and the main pollutant is SS. According to the analog monitoring survey, the SS is 1000～3000mg/L. The discharge characteristic of this wastewater is intermittent discharge, and the amount of wastewater is unstable. The main pollutants in domestic sewage produced by construction workers are COD, BOD5, and NH3-N. It is recommended to establish a wastewater sedimentation tank, which is used to collect various types of wastewater discharged during construction. The wastewater can be reused as construction water after sedimentation in the sedimentation tank. This not only saves water resources, but also reduces pollution to the surface water environment.
Noise pollution is the main environmental pollution during the construction period. The pollution is concentrated in the earthwork phase, foundation engineering phase, structural engineering phase and various construction phases.
