This section of the main task is to sort out the impurity and iron in all cattle feed raw material, let clean material into cattle feed crusher. This is the crushing section of the complete cattle feed pellet production line.  

Before making cattle feed pellet, the raw materials should be grinded. The cattle feed hammer mill can grind the raw material ingredients to the required size.(The crushing fineness of cattle's fine feed can be more than 2mm, because cattle can ruminate, a little coarser feed is conducive to rumination and improve the digestibility of feed. The feed of old cattle can be crushed to within 1 mm to facilitate digestion. If cattle feed raw material contains grass,so you need to configure professional forage hammer mills)

Precise Ingredients

This is the auto-batching section of the complete cattle feed pellet production line.  

This section is to fill material in proportion bins. During this section, all equipment after outlet screw conveyor is in the closed state. Under the command of the central control room, the different cattle feed raw materials through different channels into different proportioning bins. Materials which need to be crushed will go through granule pre-cleaning device and permanent magnet drum, by rotary distributor go into different bins; cattle's fine feed materials which don't need to be crushed will go through powder pre-cleaning device, by rotary distributor go into different bins. All bins be filled full.

Raw Material Mixing

This is the mixing section of the complete cattle feed pellet production line.  

Mixing is considered to be one of the essential operations in cattle feed pellet processing, using mixer to mix the grinded raw materials. There are three types of our mixer: single shaft mixer, double shaft paddle mixer and ribbon mixer. Both of them can be equipped with atomizing spraying system to add needed liquids, which can improve the cattle feed pellet quality.Cattle feed contains grass,because the weight of grass is very light, it should be calculated according to the proportion of grass in the formula, and the appropriate mixer model should be selected for your cattle feed pellet production line.

The counter-flow cooler is adopted to cool the cattle pellets with high temperature and moisture.

This is the conveyor section of the complete cattle feed pellet production line.  

In cattle feed pellet production line, raw materials or finished products are often handled before they can be processed. This requires a complete set of conveying equipment. Corn is usually not bagged when raw materials enter the factory. The truck directly unloads the raw materials into the tunnel, and then transports it to the lifting place by the scraper conveyor, and finally lifts it to the silo for storage.

The field trial operation proves that the actual measured output of RICHI's 10t chicken feed pellet line is up to 13 tons, the operating current only accounts for 85% of the rated current of the motor, and each ton of feed can be 20kW•h less than the industry average power consumption. The output is calculated on the average yield of 11t/h (the initial design capacity is 10-12 tons), set to produce 8 months a year, 30 days per month, and 10 hours per day.Compared with common chicken feed pellet line of the same grade in the industry,this line can save 288,000 kWh of electricity,one yuan per kwh can ultimately save customers 28.8 million (calculated in RMB).
