The usage of grinding system is increasing the specific surface area of feed which is good for horse digestion and absorption and improving the processing performance of raw materials. This section is to fill horse feed material in proportion bins. During this section, all equipment after outlet screw conveyor is in the closed state. Under the command of the central control room, the different raw materials through different channels into different proportioning bins.
The mixing time is 1-3 minutes, and the homogeneity can reach 10%.Different R/M are mixed here with additives, oil/fat, medicines, etc. Good mixer ensure good horse feed quality.Horse feed contains grass,because the weight of grass is very light, it should be calculated according to the proportion of grass in the formula, and the appropriate mixer model should be selected.
Feed pellet mill is the main equipment of the whole horse feed pellet making line. After the pelletizing process,the temperature of the horse feed pellet is about 60/80 degrees celsius,with a moisture content of about 15%.A horse feed pellet cooling machine must then be used to reduce the moisture content of the pellets to about 3/4%,thereby making the horse feed pellets easier to store.
