Fertilizer Granulators for Organic & Compound Fertilizer Production
Livestock & Poultry Manure | Agricultural Waste | Urban Organic Waste | Chemical Raw Materials
Convert diverse raw materials into high-value fertilizer pellets. From organic waste to chemical inputs, our fertilizer pelletizing systems are engineered for specific material characteristics—delivering precise, efficient, and reliable granulation across all categories.

Organic Fertilizer Granulator Machine for Manure
As environmental regulations tighten, the safe treatment and resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure have become essential. Our livestock manure granulator is specifically designed to address this challenge. It transforms farm waste into high-value organic fertilizer pellets.

Organic Fertilizer Granulator for Agricultural Waste
Agricultural waste, including straw, rice husks, peanut shells, and bagasse, poses a disposal problem but holds hidden value. Transforming it into granular organic fertilizer tackles storage challenges and unlocks new income streams.
Strohpelletmaschine
Straw return is the most common disposal method, but direct return has slow decomposition and limited effectiveness. Crushing straw into granular organic fertilizer concentrates nutrients and makes transport and application more convenient.

Pellet size : 4-12mm
Key Features : High-power feeding, wear-resistant construction

Schalenpelletmaschine
Process rice husks and organic mixtures into dense, uniform organic fertilizer granules. These pellets maintain the unique look of rice husks but are built with a compact interior, effectively eliminating spillage and waste during transport and storage.

Pellet size : 4-12mm
Key Features : High-hardness die, enhanced extrusion pressure

Fruit pomace pellet machine
Turn fruit residues (apple, orange, grape pomace, etc.) from juice and food processing into granular organic fertilizer. This process maximizes resource value and facilitates easy use for fertilizer manufacturing and soil amendment.
Ausgabe : 1-40+ T/H
Pellet size : 4-12mm
Key Features : High-power feeding, wear-resistant construction

Mushroom residue pellet machine
Mushroom residue is a perfect base for organic fertilizer due to its rich organic matter and microbial protein. This granulator uses high compression and forced feeding to tightly compact loose residue, producing dense, tough pellets that won’t crumble during storage or transit.

Pellet size : 4-12mm
Key Features : Coarse fiber compatible, high compression ratio die

Organic Fertilizer Making Machine for Urban Waste
Kitchen waste, market vegetable residues, park clippings, and food service waste… these organic by-products generated daily in urban operations only begin their journey with sorting—the true endpoint is resource recovery.
Converting them into granular organic fertilizer not only eases the pressure on landfills and incineration, but also returns organic matter to the soil.

With high grease, high salt, and soft texture, kitchen waste is tough to handle. But after pre-processing (sorting, crushing, dewatering, fermentation), it becomes valuable organic fertilizer—solving environmental issues and creating profit.

Garden Waste granulator machine
Our granulator transforms this waste into granules—usable as organic fertilizer for soil improvement or biomass fuel. It tackles disposal challenges and achieves “waste-to-value” conversion.

Mischdünger-Granulator
Unlike organic fertilizers, chemical fertilizers are based on inorganic salts, requiring granulation equipment with superior wear resistance, corrosion protection, and precision.
For compound, compound-mixed, and BB fertilizers, granule uniformity, roundness, and strength directly determine market value and performance.
Built for NPK compound and compound-mixed fertilizer production, the NPK granulator converts powdered nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium raw materials and auxiliary materials into NPK granules.
Key Features :
Corrosion-resistant materials, wear-resistant molds

Questions You Might Have About Fertilizer Production
Find professional answers to common questions, covering the key processes and important considerations in organic or compound fertilizer production.

1. Can the equipment process mixed raw materials, such as chicken manure and straw?
Yes. Many organic fertilizer projects use two or more raw materials for pelletizing, such as chicken manure with straw, cow manure with rice husks, or composted manure with mushroom residues.
2. My raw material is not livestock manure, municipal waste, or agricultural waste, but sludge. Can your fertilizer equipment handle it?
Yes. Sludge that has been properly treated and fully composted can also be used as a raw material for organic fertilizer granulation.
However, compared with common materials such as livestock manure and agricultural waste, sludge usually has higher moisture content, stronger stickiness, and more complex composition. Therefore, it requires higher standards in equipment selection and process design.
In actual production, whether the raw material is sludge, livestock manure, or agricultural waste, the whole process typically includes composting, crushing, granulation, drying, cooling, and screening, rather than relying on a single granulator.
For sludge-based materials, the production line should be properly configured according to moisture content, material characteristics, and target capacity to ensure stable operation and qualified final product quality.
3. Is one organic fertilizer machine enough to process livestock manure?
Not necessarily. It depends on the condition of your raw materials and the requirements for the final product.
If the manure has already been fully composted and the moisture content and particle size are suitable, a granulator alone can be used to make fertilizer pellets.
However, in most cases, additional equipment is required. From raw materials to finished pellets, the process usually includes composting, crushing, screening, drying, and cooling. Therefore, equipment such as compost turners, crushers, screening machines, and drying and cooling systems may also be needed.
If your raw materials have already been pretreated, a single granulator may be sufficient. For new projects starting from raw material processing, a complete production line is usually required to ensure stable and continuous production.
4. What equipment is required to establish a fertilizer plant?
It depends on your raw materials, daily capacity, final product requirements, and budget. In general, a complete fertilizer production line includes composting, pretreatment, granulation, post-treatment, and auxiliary systems.
If you use fresh manure, sludge, or other high-moisture materials, composting equipment such as compost turners or fermentation tanks is usually required to fully decompose the materials and stabilize nutrients. The composting period depends on the process used.
After composting, the materials may contain lumps or impurities, so crushers and screening machines are often used for pretreatment to ensure smooth granulation.
Granulation is the core process of the production line. According to the characteristics of the raw materials, a suitable granulator is selected to produce fertilizer pellets. Pellet size can usually be adjusted by changing the die, with common sizes ranging from 4 to 12 mm.
Since newly formed pellets contain relatively high moisture, they normally need to go through drying, cooling, and screening before packaging. Oversized or undersized pellets can be returned to the system for reprocessing.
In addition, conveying equipment, dust collection systems, and electrical control systems are important parts of the line, helping connect each process and ensure stable operation.
Not every project requires a complete production line. If the raw materials have already been composted or are suitable for direct granulation, some processes such as composting or drying can be simplified. For smaller budgets, it is also possible to start with core equipment such as crushers, granulators, and screening machines, and expand the system later as production needs grow.
