The conventional raw material of pig feed includes corn, wheat, barley, oats, sorghum, soybeans, soybean meal, fish meal, amino acids, mixed meals, whey powder, oil, meat and bone meal, grain, feed additives and so on more than 10 varieties of feed raw materials.
The pig feed raw material receiving system includes bulk raw materials, packaging raw materials, and liquid raw materials. Bulk raw materials are weighed by dump trucks and weighed before unloading the raw materials to the silo; packaging raw materials are divided into manual handling and mechanical handling; liquid raw materials are directly transported into the warehouse in the form of bottles or barrels.
The raw materials of the pig feed are dispersed, and various forms of silos must be used.Silo system is mainly used for storage of corn, wheat, soya and other raw grain, port of raw grain dumping, grease industrial materials storage.For long-term storage, aeration and cooling can be added.Generally,steel silo can be divided into assembly type steel silo and screw type helix steel silo.
The usage of pre-cleaning system is removing the pig feed raw materials’impurities, such as rope, clod, corn cob etc. non-magnetic impurities and iron nail magnetic impurities. It can ensure the quality of products and the safety of the subsequent processing equipment. The raw material pre-cleaning system is divided into granule pellets feeding cleaning and mash feed feeding cleaning.
The task of this section is to crush the clean pig feed materials we got in the last section into powder(less than 3mm),and then deliver the pig feed powder to the next section.(It is better to use special pellet feed or crushed feed for piglet feed; piglets under 25 kg can be fed with general pig feed; crushing fineness of feed for pigs over 25 kg can be controlled within 2 mm. Feed the pig feed as finely as possible.)
After using high temperature steam to make raw material curing, the materials will be made to pellet through pig feed pellet making machine. Then the pig feed pellet will be cooled down by cooler machine.
The finish pig feed pellet products contain pellet of normal size,smaller size and bigger size.By use grading sieve,we can get normal size pellet.
The pig feed pellets will be packed for transporting, storing or selling by packing machine.The selection of the bagging type can be determined according to the customers' requirements, the size of the pig feed pellet mill plant and the size of the investment.

The field trial operation proves that the actual measured output of RICHI's 10t chicken feed production line is up to 13 tons, the operating current only accounts for 85% of the rated current of the motor, and each ton of feed can be 20kW•h less than the industry average power consumption. The output is calculated on the average yield of 11t/h (the initial design capacity is 10-12 tons), set to produce 8 months a year, 30 days per month, and 10 hours per day.Compared with common chicken feed production lines of the same grade in the industry,this line can save 288,000 kWh of electricity,one yuan per kwh can ultimately save customers 28.8 million (calculated in RMB).
