Large scale turnkey project 145,000t/a special aquatic feed 180,000 tons per year poultry feed pellet manufacturing factory in Jiangsu

The client for this project is from Jiangsu Province, China, as the leading of domestic aquatic feed, especially special aquatic feed, mainly offers poultry feed, fish feed, protein feed, R&D of feed additives, selling and service. Customer's feed factory is located in Rudong Chahe Industrial Park. With gross investment over 50 million RMB, covering an area over 2670 square meters, the annual output of customer's feed mill amounts to over 0.3 million tons, which is one of the top aquatic fish shrimp feed manufacturing plants with largest investment, highest output, most advanced aquatic fish shrimp feed manufacturing equipment and technology. Customer greatly prompts the breeding industries in Rudong and surrounding areas to large and qualified development.

On 18th May 2018, three experts from Jiangsu Rural Committee, representing Jiangsu government inspection team, checked and accepted customer's feed company. By checking all the aspects like manufacturing base, laboratory, workshop, feed processing machinery, storing equipment etc. the experts learned about the management regulations of quality control, manufactory technology, post responsibility system, safety and health, product chasing etc. Met all the standards, the customer in this project was presented Feed Registration Certificate, which means our customer is officially permitted to manufacture feed.

After the inspection, the chairmen and relevant department leaders of this aquatic feed manufacturer and Richi Machinery. carried out completion acceptance work, installation, debugging, and trial running for 45,000t/a special aquatic feed production plant (including 30000 tons per year shrimp and crab feed pellets, and 15,000 tons per year extruded feed pellets), 100,000 tons per year normal aquatic feed pellet making line, and 180,000 tons per year animal poultry feed pellet manufacturing line.

With both efforts and cooperation, this project was started installation on 18th Nov. 2018, and was finished on 18th May 2019. This project passed linkage trial run on 18th Mar., commissioning on 1st April, and all the acceptance tests on 18th May 2019. Our customer in this 대형 사료 공장 프로젝트 highly presents the RICHI workers for their hard work as well as RICHI qualified animal feed processing equipment with low energy consumption, advanced and stable technology etc. They fully appreciated that RICHI can finish the whole feed production project in time with high quality. Besides, the customer put higher requirement for RICHI's development.
