CE Approved Poultry feed compress pellet making machine

Now take a pig farm with 100 basic sows as an example to calculate the stalls of each pig house.

1. Delivery room

100*2.3/52=5 5*5/1=25 (number of delivery beds)

Explanation: On average, each sow produces 2.3 litters per year. The level of a pig farm is 2.37 litters, and the calculated level abroad is 2.4; 52 weeks throughout the year; three weeks of weaning, 5 weeks in total; 1 pig per pen.

2. Breeding house

100*2.3/52=5 5*6/1=30 (number of positioning bars)

Description: It takes 5-7 days (at the level of a pig farm) to match after weaning, usually about 10 days (calculated in 1 week); it takes 21-28 days to confirm pregnancy after breeding, generally: 35 days ( (Calculated by 4 weeks); sterilization time for empty pens is 1 week; 1 pig farm week + 4 weeks + 1 week = 6 weeks; 1 pig per pen.

3. Pregnancy house

230/52=5 5*12.3/1=62 (number of positioning bars)

Description: The feeding time during pregnancy is 114 days. Excluding the breeding house for 4 weeks, and entering the farrowing house 1 week in advance, plus 1 week for disinfection. (114/7-4-1+1)=12.3; 1 head per pen.

4. Number of gilts in reserve

Number of gilt pens=annual renewal quantity/52*feeding time of gilt pens/number of heads in each pen. The annual renewal rate of basic sows is 40% (in fact, the maximum is no more than 30%), and 5 pigs are raised per pen. The breeding time of the gilt pen is 9 weeks. (A pig farm was raised in a large pig house for 170 days, then kept in an isolated house for 30 days, and then kept in a back pen for 30 days, that is, raised to 230 days for breeding.) Therefore, update the number of sows: 100*30% /52*9/5=1 means 1 field.

5. The number of producing boar pens

The ratio of boars to sows in this cross is 1:25 (actually 1:20), the ratio of artificially insemated boars to sows is 1:100 (actually 1:40), and the number of boars in each pen is one. So the number of pens for heavy boars is: 100/20=5, that is, 5 pens, and 100/40=3, that is, 3 pens.

6. Number of reserve boar pens

The annual renewal rate of basic boars is 50% (in fact, a pig farm uses 100%), 1 pig per pen, and the breeding time of reserve boar pens is 9 weeks (a pig farm feeding program).

Therefore, the number of pigs to be updated is: 5*100%/52*9=1, which means 1 column.

7. Number of nursery houses

The average litter is weaned 10 heads, and each pen raises 20 heads, up to 25 kg. 7 weeks + 1 week disinfection = 8 weeks 230*10/52*8/20=18 that is 18 fields.

8. Number of columns in fattening house

The average litter is weaned 10 heads (without considering the survival rate), 20 heads are reared in each pen, up to 100 kg. 15+1 week disinfection = 16 weeks 230*10/52*16/20=36 which is 36 columns.
