In the face of increasing market competition, the customer from Uzbekistan planed to build a new 3-5 ton per hour poultry feed mill production line for chicken feed. Based on the previous excellent cooperation for the small flat die poultry feed line, RICHI stood out from a number of competitors and reached cooperation with the customer again.This project was signed on July 6, 2020 and is expected to be put into production at the second half of 2021.

Before the project started, we provided the customer with a comprehensive design program from the overall planning, layout design, process design, equipment personalization, installation and commissioning, electrical control, to production technology, etc.

1.37KW ring die chicken feed pellet making machine

Scientific structure, balance operation. High production capacity, low energy consumption and long service life.

2.37KW animal poultry chicken food hammer mill machine

Reach perfect balance between fineness and production. It is suitable for the pulverization of poultry feed, livestock feed, ruminant feed, and raw materials for small animals in large and medium-sized feed factory.

3.Good quality 500kg/batch poultry chicken feed mixing machine

High mixing uniformity (Cv≤2.5%), can add a variety of liquids.The full-length door structure and door locking structure can stop the leakage of material.

4.SSLG15*80 chicken feed pellet crumbler machine

Используется принцип противоточного охлаждения, полное и равномерное охлаждение.Используется специальный механизм разгрузки золотника для разгрузки.Механизм разгрузки работает плавно и надежно, разгрузка происходит плавно.Используется механическое устройство выравнивания, разгрузка является точной и чувствительной.

6.Автоматическая упаковочная машина

Продуманная структура подачи обеспечивает плавную подачу материала. Все параметры могут быть введены с панели. Автоматическое управление быстрой/медленной подачей, зажатием и ослаблением мешка.
